Stakeholder Interviews

At the start of every project, it's critical to understand the motivations and concerns of the key stakeholders.

Here is an example of a Stakeholder interview (from the School of Dentistry Website Redesign project, aka DENT):

UCSF DENTS Stakeholder Interview Script

Preamble: Interview should take ~45 minutes. We’ll be recording it for transcription purposes. My colleague will also be taking notes and may have additional questions.

We are currently working on an exciting project to redesign the UCSF School of Dentistry website. One of the first steps of this project is to speak to internal stakeholders such as yourself, to make sure that we correctly define the project scope and understand which features and aspects of the site are important for your department and/or team. The scope of this project includes anything that is now or might in the future be posted on our public-facing website, http://dentistry.ucsf.edu/.

REMEMBER TO PRESS RECORD!!!
