User Stories

User stories can drive development. it takes significant work to run that way. 

Currently, we produce user stories in discovery and groom them at milestones. Satisfaction of the top tier user stories generally indicates the satisfaction of the project goals.

Stories are written in the following format:

as a [user of type/with need],
I want to [action to perform],
so that I can [value the user gets out of the action; their motivation].

example:

as a presenter with questions still,
I want to complete my presentation,
so that I can hear your thoughts on discovery.
