JIRA
'Ready for Deployment' means the issue is done and approved and can go out as part of the next code deployment
'Resolved' means that the issue has been successfully worked on, solved, and deployed
'Closed' means the issue won't be worked on any further / at all. Similar to the old-fashioned 'wontfix' label
