Perform this checklist the day after launch.

Check site status

Check status report and resolve any errors or issues
Check that cron is running, run cron once manually, confirm that the run was successful
Check site syslog or dblog, fix any immediate errors or notify the PM
Check that the search is indexed and content is searchable by anonymous users
Check cache headers, confirm that the content for anonymous users is cached
If CloudFlare is setup, check CloudFlare dashboard for traffic status and cache values
Check that metatags are present on the site
Check that GTM is rendered for anonymous users
Check that XML sitemap has correct URL and is reachable by anonymous users
Confirm that antibot and honepot are still enabled
Confirm that Devel and related development modules and debugging information is disabled.

Site permissions

Review one more time permissions page
Confirm that account creation is restricted as per site’s requirements
Send test email if the site has SMTP setup

Correct propagation

Google the site and click on google URLs, you shouldn’t land on a 404, if you do, update redirects
Check Drupal reports for top 404s, consult with the client and create redirects
