1. Introduce the client to Pantheon through David (david.sutphin pantheon.io) to get acquainted
2. He usually has a meeting with them to answer any questions
3. Create a Sandbox for the client under our organization
4. When they are close to going LIVE, we have to add their Billing contact on the Billing tab of Pantheon
